How LAVNS can meet the requirements of the "Yellow Form"
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The LAVNS system is an automated notification system that provides registered victims with information about the custody status of offenders and pending court dates. Please do not confuse LAVNS with the 5-PART Louisiana Victim Notice and Registration form, which is mandated by Louisiana Statute.
